David Allan : Partner

Qualified as a solicitor in 1981 became a partner at Marrons in 1990. David was involved in cases arising out of the European Gateway/Speedlink Vanguard incident. Since qualifying David has concentrated on accident/injury claims and has been involved in many high profile cases. He was involved in the Piper Alpha Inquiry and acted for relatives of seamen and rig workers injured and killed in the disaster. He specialises in high value claim work particularly head & spinal injury claims and has achieved several awards in excess of £1 million for his clients.
